What we hold on you, and how to have it deleted

Why you got an email

Your public TikTok bio lists an email address for business inquiries. We found it there and sent you one email about Pathfinder, a service that pitches brands on behalf of creators. That is the only place your address came from. We did not buy a list.

What we hold

• Your display name and handle.
• The email address from your public bio.
• Public numbers from your profile: follower count and view counts on recent videos.
• A few of your public video captions, which is where the line we quoted in the email came from.
• Whether we emailed you, when, and whether you replied.

Nothing private. Nothing from your DMs. Nothing you did not already publish.

What we do with it

We use it to send you that first email and, at most, one short follow up. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with brands or anyone else.

How to stop the emails

Reply to the email with "no thanks" or "unsubscribe". You will not hear from us again, and your address goes on a do not contact list so no one at Pathfinder emails you in the future.

How to have it deleted

Reply to the email with "delete my data", or write to hello@pathfinderoutreach.com. We delete everything above within 30 days and keep only your email address on the do not contact list, so we never email you by accident.

How long we keep it

If you never reply, we delete your record 12 months after the last email.
